Is it atall possible to cycle the oil pump pwm output to increase linear with rpm?

Has anybody achieved this? It seems pointless to have the oil pump running whilst stuck in traffic. Mine is fairly noisy. Currently set to 30%. (Running zombieverter)

Does anyone know if the rev limit within Zombie verter web interface records MG1 or MG2?

If its MG2 then MG1 would be spinning faster no? I'm worried if I set max speed to say 12500 then MG1 may exceed its max rating?

I found a few people suggesting different max rpm limits for the GS450H.

Does anyone know the exact limit before I accidently explode mine. My current limit is set to 7500rpm and the car tops out at 70mph. Ideally I want quite a bit more revs but don't want to risk upping it until id ask...

UPDATE.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I took the car out for another test just now while playing around with some parameters. My ISA seems to be reporting sensible values. I saw 350 amps max.

I then played around with UDCmin. This was set to the correct value of 512v. I put this down to 400v ...

How is your throttle pedal calibrated are you leaving enough room for noise? If this happens when pedal is fully pressed could it be that the pedal is in the territory where it gets outside of the calibrated area due to noise/wrong calibration?

Update....

So I replaced the encoder wires with 6 core shielded wire. Funnily enough the original cables I had installed were twisted and had copper tape wrapped around the whole length but was not grounded at the inverter end.

With the new shielded cable installed it still has the terrible cut ...

Unfortunately yes it shows 1.11.

One thing to note which may be unique about my setup from most people is that I'm running 600v nominal.

Would this increase the likelihood of noise?

UPDATE.

I took the time to replace the four twisted serial cables to screened cable. The shields are all soldered to one wire near the inverter plug then this lead approx 20cm long connects straight to the inverter casing. The inverter itself has a seperate ground strap which goes to chassis.

I am right in thinking the lim controls the main contactors?

Still would like to know why this is actually necessary? Is it just an extra safety measure?

Does the lim control pre charge ? From what I can see from the pinout there are only outputs for the main and CCS contactors.

What is the best way to handle pre charge?

Before lim module was fitted my gs450h V2 board dealt with it and obviously main contactors.

Yes, our Voltage sense board for BMW i3 LIM CCS fast charging can do up to 750V.
Even more in terms of isolation, but then some clipping occurs.

There’s a light on each Tesla phase gate driver board that will illuminate during a desat fault. That’ll tell you for sure it’s a hardware issue. I don’t have a photo immediately handy.
