Trying to tune up the run of the motor with 5.27-FOC on VCU PRIUS board.
The pot-pedal is not responding to the motor,and the motor is turning sporadically left then to right.
The available tuning procedure for the motor by WIKIPEDIA.ORG is designed for SINE version boards.

Thank You Tom91, Baracuda816 ,Uhi22 for the fast answer & suggestions.The problem is solved ,blank wire mishap,double wire connection.Now everything is fine and the reminals shows no more falt datas.

Is it common to have the VCU supply voltage of 12V DC to appears on the HV supply terminals,or it is fault caused by wrong connection ?
By turning on the VCU ,measured the same Voltage on the HV supply terminals, with no battery supply on the HV attached .

I run the motor successfuly in previous tests,and made some video clips. I think there should be some other fault,causing the problem.
Now the motor is turning very slowly in jittering motions ,but in mode : INVERTER HALTED, when pressed INVERTER STARTED the motor stops rumbling and turning.

I will try with dual chanel settings,the pot has three more wires.

The graf angle in run mode is going by itself.turning the motor by hand is not changing the graf pattern.

I managed the run of pot-pedal smoothly with low point of 1067.
B ut in the plot window stay the warning POT PRESSED,where as the pot is still and not pressed.
Is a setting wrong or there is some thing other incorrect.

I decided to use the Prius pot- pedal,because it has some connections to Prius Gen 2 Inverter.It should be more suitable to make it run.I got a scheme of it for the 3 wires,but they are 6 togheter,suppose for some other functions.

SEIKOSH MOTORA japanes motor and PRIUS GEN 2 inverter.

The motor is japanese one SEIKOSHA,used in most japanese cars.

The pot do not shows any OHM readings.

Thanks for the advice.I am setting always the udcsw to the proper voltage I`m using-battery and power supply. Will retry it again

When pressing the Pot-pedal there is not a slowly smooth motion.When slightly pressed It is jumping from low position to High at once.The plot chart is recktangle UP6 DOWN.
The MIN. setting is about 57 and should be some 776.
Above all the Pedal-pot is not turning the motor move.

ST LINK V2Here is the jammed VCU board .
Should I preprogram the board with the ST- LINK V2 to free it from the program`s clogging?
How could it be done then , where there are not pins but microdots for connecting to the board? Do You have one other special connector ?

After some uploads of the sine/ foc program versions the blinking light on the board ceased work.
I am able to go to the website ,but without parameters.
Is the board clogged or damaged?

Here is picture of the 5.32 R sine programm with shown Manualrun and test settings.The problems is ,there is again no running motr at all.

The both program`s versions didn`t help in solving the problem
I just changed the Toyota Prius2 Inverter for the third time and replaced the wiring connections as well.
Tested the set with both program`s versions 5.27 R-foc,5.32 R-sine.

The readings are as follows: Din_ocur =OK, Din_desat = Error

Just tested the pin27: direct 12v supply to the pin, but the situation remained the same, OPMODE OFF.Is the inverter somehow damaged?
