I'm after details on sub-components for internals of the Inverter and Transaxle - ideally, part numbers that will enable me to find the OEM data ...

I'd start by looking at what the Logic Board and Power Board part numbers are, and if it has a 'Compatible 50 pin connector'. If they match anything on the wiki (https://openinverter.org/wiki/Toyota_Prius ...

I'm tempted to buy one (along with a P314 transmission) and start exploring.

Here are photos of 2 candidate inverters (both from Toyota Camry Hybrids - AVV50, with P314 Trans). According to the only identifier I can make out, the part numbers are both G9200-33171.

AVV50 - Australian variant, 2012-2017 I think.

So - I'm looking at a G9200-33171 Inverter/Converter, and a P314 transaxle.
