With the right replacement gears you could replace the entire drivetrain with the Nissan unit, sitting where the transfer case is now.

The webshop lists two different powerwatcher 3 kits. The lower priced "middle voltage kit" looks like it's limited to 200v.

Disappointing. I was ready to sign up!
