Hi all me again been racking my brains and have gone over and over this and still having issues. 2017 leaf stack and battery

So I did continuity test on all cables going from ZV to contactors and all other wiring. All wired up as the picture attached.

When I flick precharge I'm only getting power ...

I know and that's what I'm trying to get my head around. Thanks for the links hopefully be sorted now.

Thing is the battery was re configured by someone else and they have wired the negative to the service plug and current sensor so I'm guessing that's why I'm not getting pre charge?

Hi using 2017 leaft stack, inverter PDM and battery I'm also using the service plug does the positive go to the service plug then the current sensor and on to the contactor?

I had someone help me and they have wired up the negative to the service plug also need to check which side to put the HV ...

Hi yes using the service plug all wired up with current sensor. Getting power to the contactors. Gonna test the contactors today make sure there working OK and the pre charge resistor.

When I toggle for precharge and measure voltage on contractors I get nothing from negative contactor but 190v on positive contactor, pre charge relay clicks.

I have 390v on the battery side of contactors

I traced all cables back to the vcu and all contactor cables are correct, in getting 12v to ...

And I think all the 12v is wired up correctly, I know it is to the bms and going to double check stuff to PDM and inverter

Hi using the complete system from the leaf, batteries, motor, inverter and PDM.

I'm only getting 2 - 4v on udc when I switch for precharge.

Hi I'm using a 2017 gen2 leafstack with the zombieverter and I'm getting a pre charge fail.

I have tested the pre charge fuse, the positive contacter let's out power but the negative contactor is not so not getting pre charge.

Been going around in circles and can't seem to find out why it's not ...

Hi I have this from 2017 leaf just came to wire it up and I can't find my notes, trying to determine where the red and the brown cable goto I think I know the rest.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi its installed in the vehicle and it does the same, we have not tried it in gear yet but will do on Monday and see what happens

Hi all i have a leaf gen2 stack with leaf throttle running on the zombieinverter, i calibrated the throttle and everything powers up ok.

When i run the system in reverse everything is nice and smooth but lacking a little torque but when i switch it to drive the motor judders without straight away ...
