Solved the problem. Pinning from the resolver to the inverter was not correct (I made a mistake when I transferred the wiring information to an excel sheet, and then only checked the pinning against this wrong sheet...).
30V and approx. 1,5 Amp was enough to get MG2 to spin. Cables from the ...

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
took three 12 V lead-acid batteries and connected them in series (36 V) as HV power source.
Basically same behaviour, the output shaft just rattles / shudders but does not spin.
I just realized that "idc" shows a negative value, is this correct or did I switch polarities?
here is a plot with idc ...

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
one more question, just found in my notes that there should be 60 Ohms between each sync serial wire pair (e.g. between CLK+ and CLK-) as a check if the wiring is ok. Cannot find the source of this information any more, I think it was in one of Damien's videos.

set MotActive to MG2
set regenmax to 0
Show all your spot values with the Zombie in RUN mode. Just save the webpage as pdf via print.

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
Please post your params so I can go through and tell you what to change.
Does the output shaft spin freely by hand? Are you trying to spin 2 motors at once of have you set it to spin just MG2?
attached are my parameters.
Yes, I can spin the shaft by hand, have to overcome an initial ...

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
Also check the reported speed from the inverter and the resolver wiring. Is it shielded resolver wiring? What is the wiring for the motor phases, is it stock?
Checked all wirings, pinning is correct.
Wiring for Motor phases is stock, resolver wiring and communication between Zombie and ...

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
Yes thats it, get some lead acid batteries in series or something. Also it seems to drop alot from the shunt to inverter, you clearly wired it very poorly with unsuitable cables.
Changed my wiring between power supply and inverter to 10mm². That must be more than sufficiant for 5 Amps ...

Re: Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
OK, partial success. Found a broken wire / loose contact between Zombieverter and Inverter.
Now the Inverter is up, yet when I press the throttle the motor(s) is only shuddering and doesn't spin.
Could this be due to wrong settings or is my Power supply too weak (5 A at 60 V)?

Okay, show us pictures of all your wiring.
You need inverter comms to work first.

Minimum configuration to get L210 running on the bench / how to initialise ISA shunt?
Hi all,
I am trying to get a LS210 gearbox with matching inverter from a GS300H to run on the bench with a Zombieverter.
I have a Zombieverter with a calibrated throttle pedal wired up. I want to use a 60V bench power supply for High Voltage, apparently that's enough to get it to spin.
Now I ...

Hi all,
I have a L210 with matching inverter sitting on the bench and want to get it to spin. This transmission will likely not make it into a car any time soon, but I want to assure that it's basically working.

How to access to Zombieverter via Wifi?
Hi there,
I have a Zombieverter that I purchased quite some time (years?) ago. It sat on the shelf, but now I want to use it. I wired it up, the ACCTY LED is flashing, but I do not understand how to get access via Wifi.
There is a thread about problems with the ESP8266 Wifi module but do not ...

Soldering Zombieverter VCU - where is PIN1 on 3122T Gate drivers?
Hi everyone,
I am currently assembling / soldering the remaining components onto the VCU (Zombieverter) board and have a problem, I do not know how to orientate the gate drivers on the board.
The printing on the actual parts is "3122T HATL", but there is no dot or anything that gives an indication ...
