Newbie Firmware Question [SOLVED]

Hi Guys,

I am new here but not new to the great work being done by the guys here.
I am in search of a guide on how to flash the firmware to a new SDU PCB. A list of the necessary tools will also be appreciated.
Pointers to any existing posts/threads will be appreciated.

I have a couple of SDU inverter boards coming in and needed to flash the v4.90.R firmware.
