PCS coolant port measurements

can some any one provide some what the internal diameter of the coolant ports on the pcs are?
im working on some adapters and dont have a pcs near me

I measured one I have in storage with a digital caliper.

Inside diameter is 22mm, but flares near the opening to 23.7mm

Outside diameter is 26.1mm, appears to be fairly straight, except for the bead, which is 30.4mm outside diameter.
