Tesla Model 3 Battery Coolant Connectors [SOLD]

Anyone know a source for the coolant connectors used in the Tesla Model 3 battery packs, or who might make them!? Hoping to find a T-connector but with smaller port size to rearrange cooling lines

Change of plan in the end. TM3 battery pack has four separate inlets so decided to use the four rather than T from two. Allows me to reuse all the TM3 coolant connections and keep the relevant hose sizes
