Seems like a somewhat common issue. Cheapest route is likely find one from a recycling yard. I'm not aware of any alternatives or repairs but something might exist. Might need to be coded to the vehicle, not sure...
Then take pictures of what happened to the blown one / what's wrong if you dig into it and share here.

There is a company in the UK that can check over the EME and possibly repair it too.
