Vaccum control System support

Post by maiks »

Hello,

A few months ago, I purchased a vacuum pump control board from the webshop. I've connected it as described below, but the pump isn't starting.

Wiring Setup:
12V and GND from the board → connected to the battery positive and negative, respectively.

OUT from the board → connected to the vacuum pump GND.

GND from the board → connected to pin 1 (GND) of the vacuum sensor.

5V from the board → connected to pin 3 (positive) of the vacuum sensor.

Sensor from the board → connected to pin 4 (sensor) of the vacuum sensor.

Observations:
Measuring voltage between 5V and GND shows no voltage.

Measuring voltage between 5V and Sensor also shows no voltage.

Could you help me troubleshoot this? What could be the issue?

Thank you.

It appears that resistor R6 was faulty. After replacing it, everything worked
