Unwanted "over current" messages Prius20 [SOLVED]
Unwanted "over current" messages Prius20
Hi guys. My setup consists of a Prius20 inverter and a Lexus motor. When I use it at full power (160A 180V battery current), I sometimes get the inverter to stop due to excess current, this creates inconvenience. With the settings I could not get it to work without failures. Maybe you have a firmware version with the ability to not receive current limit messages?

I think I will include this in the next release. Had similar issues and created a FW on the fly that ignores the input and just keeps going. Runs fine.

Oh, that's great Johannes, I'll wait for the new firmware release for normal operation without a current error. Thank you for all the work!

It looks like I couldn't make friends with the demo versions of the firmwarejohu wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 4:40 pm You can download a preliminary binary here: https://github.com/jsphuebner/stm32-sin ... 8942103986

A snapshot before the board was powered off. If you restart, only the web interface without parameters will be visible. I will assume that the file 5.34, after being extracted from the zip folder, somehow affects the memory of the stm32.

Wait, I had this yesterday also. Can you put the latest firmware on the ESP module

Thanks Johannes, updating the web interface helped. Now I see the parameters in the console even after a reboot VCU.johu wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 7:10 am Wait, I had this yesterday also. Can you put the latest firmware on the ESP module

Re: Unwanted "over current" messages Prius20
Now stopping the inverter due to the “over current” message is no longer a concern. Thank you very much, Johannes.johu wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 4:40 pm You can download a preliminary binary here: https://github.com/jsphuebner/stm32-sin ... 8942103986
