Resolver issues, EM57 LEAF with Gen 2 inverter

Post by Electrosport »

My project has been on hold for a little while, previously I was reading incorrect angle and hadn't gotten around to troubleshooting it. However getting things powered back up on the bench and I only get 0° for the angle now. I'm running 5.35 FOC, and have confirmed double / triple / quadruple checked the settings for the resolver, checked the wiring for continuity, resolver resistances are all within spec for Nissan.
I'm measuring around 3V on the resolver excitation, and around 1.5v - 2v the other coils. Where I seem to have an issue is the frequency on the excitation wires, I connected up my oscilliscope and it's reading around 3-4MHz, both on the auto readying and measuring peak to peak time at around 200-250 nanoseconds. I have no idea what could be causing this, at this point I figured it's time to ask for some help, I haven't found anything similar searching the forum, but if I've missed something please let me know.
