Thanks johu, I'll try that tomorrow. Ah, now I see what fslipspnt does. While messing about with measurements, I found that I have 3.2v between phases - is that good ?
The motor is free to turn by spinning a wheel in gear , but I can't hear it ... Yes, I'm clutching at straws here. Will report back when I've tried what you suggested... S
Mainboard V2 troubleshooting
Re: Mainboard V2 troubleshooting
Hi again johu, Spent a lot of time testing with fslipspnt at various values between 2 and 25, with no success - just a slight hum. Also varied fweak and boost with similar results.
One thing I did note, was that there is hardly any current flowing to the phases. -virtually none in fact (that could do it, I hear you say ?
The battery volts only dropped by 2 for the whole day. I still have the waves on phases, though. Normal switch-on of inverter draws 0.34A, then when started 'start 2' current to inverter reads 1.12 Amps.
I even checked the polarity of the battery power inputs. Also compared the circuit diagrams of the old and new IGBTs again - they are the same. Many thanks ... Steve
