Fix is incoming PPdetect forces RunChg false, so in order to play nice with Chademo or other ways of externally fast charging without an interface like LIM or Foccci.

Will make this a interm release probally.

Master branch side branch for this feature, will be pushed into master once confirmed.

Can you confirm how you wired up your outlander charger 12V ign signal?

I can confirm the fix you implemented is working :)
I charged at home for a while using the evse, then without changing any parameters it is now chademo charging at a BP pulse station.

If I recall correctly I have the charger ign connected through a relay and triggered when the VCU goes into charging mode.

Thanks again for your help with this Tom.
