Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid System Explained

this is a different design than the older Highlander which had a single Power Control Unit (PCU) up front which contained the three inverters, one for MG1, one for MG2, and also the one for the MGR, this 2024 model, has a separate PCU aka inverter for the MGR in the rear of the car adjacent to the battery pack
