Did you manage to find a source for the flanges?

type 2 and 930 conversions flanges are readily available from empi.
original version of the type 1 are hard to get new. version 2 type 1 flanges with the tapper seal are readily available. Looking into how to seal those on an outlander gearbox. may just put the seal on the stub shaft

some updates:
doing a small batch of outlander rear stub shaft adapters. much like the leaf ones, they'll have the 33 vw spline so the 90mm and 100mm flanges will fit.
100mm flanges will fit on the outlander gearbox, theres just a plugged coolant port on the motor that will need to be shaven down for clearance.
9 sets should be available by the end of june!
at some point ill pickup the front outlander motor and generator and prob them on the cnc, as having adapter plates for those make much for sense than for the rear motor. as the stub shafts are a better option for the rear.
bmw, subaru, toyota, chevy adapter plates are available(on request), and will have some in stock shortly.
all have the nema b-face bolt pattern so universal motor options, including the leaf and outlander.
a new batch of em57 and em61 adapter plate should be available end of june aswell!
much love for the em61 leaf motors, there should be plenty available in wrecking yards.

Bratitude, Are you still making your earlier versions of the adapter plate with a stub shaft and angular contact ball bearing on the leaf output? Adapting to a VW type 1 clutch and some pictures of your earlier adapters I've seen had this configuration. Thanks!

no, as i dont really support clutch based conversions. direct drive to the gear box or using the leaf gear box is a much better option.

yew! finally the outlander rear motor drive shaft adapters are done!
33vw beetle spline on the outer end, so works with stock 90mm beetle flanges, as well as EMPI 100mm and 108mm(930) conversion flanges (some minor shaving of the motor case is required for the larger flanges to fit on the motor side)
cold rolled out of 4140 chromoly steel, so they are stronger than the stock outlander stubs.
available in the webshop

have subaru, toyota and datsun plates now !
toyota: 20/22r so the pickups, 4runners, hilux, celica, etc
datsun/nissan: 71b, 71c transmissions (and more) so 520, 620, 720, d21, hard body, frontier, etc datsun
i got this measured for free, so the design is on github
subaru: anything 1990+ impreza, forester, legcay, brz, etc
thanks to a few different people i used both mine and their measurements for the suabru to land on this adapter plate, shoot out to Zapatero, he helped confirm some of the numbers for the bolt holes. so its open for public use!

been working on bringing the leaf coupler production inhouse. as they where getting wire edm machined, didnt really have much control over the process.
invested in some custom tooling, its been a challenge as the material(4140 chromoly) is quite hard! but its well worth it as these are turning out to be the best couplers yet!
eventually this will enable custom shapes. and also broaching in the different transmission splines on the other side of the coupler!
the fit is really nice on these broached couplers!
first initial batch is in the webshop

That's awesome dude!
Looking forward to using one on my next build (hopefully late this year)

A short question regarding the status of the production. The coupler is shown out of stock in the webshop. Is there a rough guess, when the next batch of couplers will be available?
Thank you very much!

Hopefully end of September. slight design updates, hopefully results in lower cost.

New in-house broached couplers:
New leaf adapter plates; lighter weight, additional locating holes, and tapped mount holes.
(Old vs new)
Landrover series 1, and 2-3 adapter plates, and lighter weight vw adapter plate:
Now that all stuff is done and out of the way, next is Tesla stub shafts and pre-wired zombie harness:
Tesla stubs will have a vw type 2 spline, might just do a 100mm flange in the future.
The issue with the m3,my drive units is the interference of the 108mm(930) flange with the motor, 100mm should just fit. This really opens options up for these drive units.
and zombie-harness:
-pre wired fuse box
-obd port
-dedicated deutsch connectors, ei throttle, contactors, can, etc
-3d printed zombie case
Few steps closer to “plug-n-play”
