Connection problem between ESP and STM: Zombieverter

I remember seeing somewhere that most of the problems are from the communication speed not matching between the ESP and the STM? Where do I set this in the ESP code? or tools? And to what number?

This video includes a small unboxing, troubleshooting, how to find new parts for the boards, how to set up your computer to flash the esp modules, flashing one, and getting it all working.

Thank you so much for this video! Every other resource I found on the procedure was missing the step to actually run "sketch data upload". I had gone through the process of using the legacy IDE to ensure the option was available, without actually understanding what it does and how to use it. I can't thank you enough for helping me finally get this functioning. I appreciate it so much. Feels like a massive hurdle has been crossed.
