Me too, its just that i will probably just transfer battery from my Mazda for now. Next year if i decide on it i will buy one complete Bolt 60kWh battery. I dont think i will ever need more range .

Model 3 long range battery with PCS with <1000km no damage. Auction lasts 6 more days and price is currently 9150€

A bit to soon for me, but probably very useful for someones project.


I like the price range of model 3 batteries, much cheaper compared to model S modules. Probably when the BMS is properly hacked and becomes useful the rices will go up a bit. On the other hand: supply of wrecked model 3s will increase over the years.

I thought the Outlander transaxle was the same as the equivalent Peugeot/Citroen-badged hybrid SUVs, made by a PSA+GKN+Bosch joint venture.

Here is a picture attached of my I-MIEV motor.

It is made by meiden. The Outlander motor looks very similar from pictures.
