Trying to repair a very small EV, a xiaomi robo vacuum Thought somebody here might be able to help

One of the motor driver ICs will only drive current in the reverse direction, guessing it's blown - does anyone recognise this logo? I can't get any hits on the stamped numbers...

The H could be Harris semiconductor. Long since gone I think ...

I had thought that too - but this was manufactured in last 2 years so think it rules it out, I guess it's an obscure Chinese one...

I studied for years under the ancient masters, Gopher, Mosaic and Netscape, eventually achieving Grand Master status in Google Fu.

Joking aside, it was a significant part of my job, looking stuff up. I think I used [ "B9930" driver IC ] as the search term.

I tried so many variations of B9930! I think it didn't help I had it in mind it was an integrated motor driver IC rather than a H bridge. Now with the datasheet various branded compatible parts are a-plenty from mouser/rs etc - replacement part is on order...

Tell a lie, it was the most simple search that worked; [ "B9930" ic ]

That brought up the ebay result which gave the full EMB9930G part number and the correct manufacturer logo.

Now it's just embarrassing
