Excel worksheet for friends questions for specifying ev's

Hi all - another stupid question
While my project is budget and intelligence limited it has got my petrol head friends interested
One friend asked about a race buggy conversion - it currently a tuned motorbike engined beast of a thing - o-60 in under 3 seconds under 450kgs etc.
he has asked if it could be changed to electric power - races are under 20mins and we checking rules on the number of driven wheels etc
as you can imagine its designed for acceleration, not top speed
to this end, I'm starting to build an excel worksheet but I thought it worth asking if this has been already done or could be shared - could be useful to have a wiki page with calculating sheets.
(thinking it could then be adapted for boats etc by adding COF factors etc etc.)
task/goals
motor size
pack size and voltage - run time
wheel size
estimated weight/ target weight
gearing etc.
