Cheapest option is probably Toyota Prius Gen2 inverter & transaxle plus a hybrid battery. We have some Russian speakers here who are using this.

The Volga is RWD so maybe easier with the GS450h gear? You could probably also make it the fastest (and scariest) Volga in the world, for about 3 minutes until the diff or driveshaft or something else only meant to only handle about 100hp breaks.

gearbox from GS450h found.Now I'm looking for the driveshaft .But where do I get an electric motor and powerful batteries?

"gearbox from GS450h" is the electric motor, but check if you have with oil pump -it's commonly removed.
If you have one -change bearings.

Thank you, dear Zilian.I wanted to say that I found a differential on the rear wheel for good speed. Now I'm looking for a driveshaft combined with a good gearbox and a separate good engine.

Например двигатель Outlander MGR я купил там за 5000 руб - $72 !!!
Но чтобы оживить инвертор конечно нужны будут "мозги" от Демьена с этого сайта.
Вариантов много:
Можно купить готовую настроенную плату (дорого, но меньше всего хлопот),
Можно купить частично собранную плату и допаять все необходимое самому (средняя цена, но нужно иметь навыки пайки и прошивки MCU),
Можно воспользоваться документацией в свободном доступе и заказать изготовление плат в Китае (выгодно если делать несколько проектов).
