My main relay is cutting off when sending throttle signals.
341 dc at battery pack
Udc = 416v
Udcsw set to 80% of 341 =275v
BMW E46 pedal
Tesla SDU Logic board v5 open inverter organization board.
Every thing okay except cuts off my main relay.
Some times the motor makes a sound to spin
Any body had this problem before.
Please advise. Thanks

Is it possible voltage measurement would drop so low inverter would open contactor? Or raise reference above GND?
Try setting UDCSW voltage set to 60Vdc. Maybe that would cure the problem. Also try to record the graph of UDC measurement when applying throttle. You may find out your problem is voltage reference on the STM32 chip.

Nope, undervoltage does not open the contactor.
It is most likely an overcurrent event or desat. What are your parameters? Please attach json file that you can download from the web interface.
Personally I'd raise udcsw to 320V or so.

You have default parameters loaded, please use the "Download File" button here: https://openinverter.org/parameters/view.html?id=15 and then the "Upload parameters" on you web interface. Then save to flash. I'm guessing something in the configuration makes it trip.

Johu !! good news uploaded the parameters calibrated the throttle and WOW I hit the throttle to much the motor lifted from the front and knocked my level off.
Motor is working Thanks a lot goanna have to Patronize for the good help and learning.
