GS450H VCU and transmission

My project has taken a different route and I no longer have a need for my Lexus vcu or transmission. The VCU is already built and the code is loaded and set up. I also have the box it goes in and two wire harnesses. One is built by me and has all connectors on it. The other harness is just started but is an OEM lexus harness with all the original connectors on it. Asking 200$ plus shipping.
The transmission is a pickup only item as it's super heavy - it's a 07 and in good working order. I don't have a picture atm but will take one tonight and update the thread. I also have the invertor with it and you can have it for free as I'm having communication issue with it. I paid 1k for it, asking 500$ and am in the hampton road Virginia area and can deliver with in reason and you have someone strong to help me get it out of my SUV lol.
Also willing to trade for a leaf motor as I would love to play around with one.
