School Bus Conversion opportunity

Hi There
We are a special school based in Cork, Ireland and we have a 2003 Renault Master 16 seater minibus. The bus is starting to give trouble and we would love to convert it to electric. We have funding available for the project and we are keen to be a Greener school.
I am wondering if there is anyone interested in taking on this project. I will attach photos of our bus to give an indication of the vehicles condition. We only require about 100km of range and something that is simple to operate.
