hi all,

i just take some minute to present you one of my ev project.
it is not a conversion , but is quite same work as i want to fit a complete drive unit from leaf on my golf mk2.

the car is an original ev made by VW, but in the 80-90's.
the car have a 5speed gearbox, a dc speed controller and lead batteries.

i just receve the complete drive unit and a 30kwh batterie pack from a kia soul ev.
the pack from the kia have 100cells and an electric heating system.
i think i would need soon the leaf board. but i have to finish the first project.

any one have try to keep the original charger /dc dc converter ?

Where did you get those Kokam cells? I want one pack! Can you suggest?

Those motor pictures look a lot like a Nissan Leaf motor stack?? This is 2015 Kia Soul motor?

the pack is from a kia soul EV from a car recycler/scrapyard
car only have 10000km.
do you want a complete pack ? i may need more cells.
i will tell you if i found another one....
