Semikron SKiM Modules 650V, 550A and 950A modules

I have a bunch of new sealed packaged Semikron SKiM modules they are complete 3 phase H-bridge modules some have cooling plates attached from Semikron others are bare packaged. I also have Azure Dynamic driver boards but no schematic yet! for these so if anyone wants to backward engineer one I'd be happy to supply a board. All are complete 3 phase units designed for 650v peak and 450a or 950a continuous
SKiM606GD066HD w water cooling plate attached
SKiM909GD066HD individual modules packaged new
DMOC 845 inverter with the 909 modules would like to get these going, may remove control board and replace with open v3.0 or 2.1 brain

I don't need them all but would love to get the inverters going and see the modules in use on openinverters. I can do HW and SW but I have a day job doing SW for aircraft but more then happy to help out where needed. Lets get this stuff going!
