Lexus 300h trans not spinning

Hi, bench testing my 300h transmission/inverter using zombieverter and unable to get it to spin. Have checked and triple checked all wiring using wiki and still nothing. I am using a 120volt bench power supply for inverter and a 12 volt battery for the vcu. When I switch ignition on it shows in the Web interface that t15 is on and when I press start opmode will show precharge for 5 seconds and then back to off.
INVude =122v
Uaux =12.9v
InvStat = Off
Am I doing something silly ?

You'll need to provide more info for anyone to be able to help you I'm afraid.
Pictures of your setup, some diagrams of your wiring, any messages from the OI interface, a copy of your params.

Hi, thanks for reply. Comms and resolver wires connected as per wiki ( 300h ).

should there not be contactors and a precharge system between the HV supply and the inverter?
what is lasterr saying?
udcmin/udcsw?
as above you need to provide more detail.

Shouldn't B+ and B2+ be connected to 12V? Your diagram appears to have them connected to battery -ve.

Pin 32 of VCU is a low side switch so I assume the 12V on the relay is connected to the coil. In that case the relay is connecting bat -ve to B+ and B2+.
Maybe the drawing just isn't very clear, relays should really have the coil and contacts/switch shown.

Like royhen99 said the pin 32 is low side switch so your relay needs a positive on the coil.

udc is reporting 0v?
From the wiki:
"Apply the Start 12V signal for a short time. The pre-charge relay should turn on, and the voltage available at the inverter and the U1 input of the ISA shunt should quickly rise. If the udc reading goes above udcsw within 5 seconds then the main contactor(s) should close. If all is well, invstat should now be "on", opmode should be "run".
If you do not see a good value at udc, it may be that your external shunt is not connected properly or is not initialised.!
I dont see a shunt at all in your block diagram as well as the missing precharge components?

As I am only doing a simple bench test to get trans/ motors spinning I was under the impression that precharge components and the shunt were not needed at this stage but please correct me if I am wrong.

You will need to set udcsw to 0V otherwise as stated above there is a 5 sec timeout. Only do this if you can limit the power supply output current to say 10A, otherwise the inrush current could be too high.

Udcsw set to 0v which has deleted the 5 sec time out and still no inverter whine .

I can't see an IVT shunt. The Zombieverter will look for an hv signal when precharge is energised. If it does not see HV on the canbus from the shunt the inverter will not be turned on by the Zombieverter.
Hope that helps

Was not aware that the shunt was needed when doing a basic bench test. Will try connecting up my ivt and report back.
Have videos of my setup and readings from interface but unable to upload them at the moment as they are in the wrong format (mp4) for Web site .

Lasterr = precharge
Status = udc below udcsw
Opmode = shows precharge for 5sec and then back
to off.
Have videos but unable to upload at the moment as website does not except. MP4 format.

So its still not happy about the udc readings, which come from the IVT. I dont know if its possible to bypass that.
You can upload videos to youtube (or other hosting platforms) and then paste a link.

if udcmin is still at 50v then that very likely wont work, because udc is at 0. You can try setting udcmin to 0v as well?
