Spurious new accounts

As you know every first post a new user makes must be approved my the moderators (currentl BigPie and me).
Usually spam is very obvious, completely offtopic gibberish with lots of links.
Recently it seems like spammers use AI to make somewhat unsuspicious first posts and then add ads in the signature later on. The posts are usually somewhat generic 'great project looking forward to more progress' and sometimes it is smartassery, like some generic advice somewhat related to the topic.
So if you spot these posts that suddenly have links in the signature, report it.
