Is it possible to change the internal gear ratio of the cvt by having it function like a cvt. Is this a limitation of current software and our knowledge of the transmissions or is it simply not possible?

I think it would only work if you have a 3rd motor driving the input shaft or had some other way of modulating the planetary gears.
