Prius 2 MG1 electric motor stops turning

Please help me figure it out. I made a board prius gen2 rev1.1 (firmware 5.14.R-foс) connected the Prius 2 inverter and the starter-generator mg1. Сonnected the resolver the graph changes from 0 to 360 degrees correct, pinswap set to 5, configured the syncofs parameters, found two points with a step of 32768. The engine rotates well in both directions. The problem is that when I turn the throttle, the rotor speed first increases and then spontaneously gradually decreases to zero, while the current increases (the lamp in the circuit glows very brightly) I'm afraid there will be a short circuit without the lamp. I installed firmware 4.97.R-foc but nothing changed, no memory errors. What could be wrong?

Can you repeat the test and also plot ud, uq and ifw?

I’ll go to the garage and try to build these graphs, but I don’t find the ifw graph in the list, maybe it’s called something else?

Not in this ancient software 😉 but do uq and ud instead

I made a couple of ud and uq plots:

Ok, this supports my theory. The inverter runs out of voltage and kicks in field weakening to compensate. Field weakening steals amplitude for torque generation and the motor coasts down. You'll need to bridge the lamp. No worries, the inverter self protects.

Now it’s clear, next time I’ll start the engine without a lamp, I hope there’s enough voltage without field weakening.
