Maybe build one?
I have some boards left. You need to provide inductor, IGBT and capacitor. And my version does not include PFC circuit so it is quite heavy on the grid. I use it with 3phase as it loads the grid less that way...

Otherwise you can get one CAN controllable charger here:

I'm using a triplet of Meanwell HLG's for ~140V, lower current though. Working fine for years now, but make sure you're in the regulation range.

I think I have one, it is an Elcon something... setup for 120ish volts but can be adapted. Let me know if you are interested. I'm travelling to the UK next week so can bring along if wanted.

I'm using the longrun (from Alibaba). up to 440V, CAN control so you need a BMS with this capability. programmed to run like an Elcon. you can also parallel them.

no problems for about 2 years now. their customer support is good.
re reading this it sounds like a sales pitch- I'm just a happy customer, although if they want to pay me I won't say no!
