Hello. I am trying to sniff data out of a 27 kw Dacia Spring pack so I can complete integration with a Fronius hybrid inverter. So far I managed to build a data extension cable and also bought a can reader out of aliexpress in order to use it with busmaster or savvycan. I did some work with rs485 in the past but limited knowledge with can protocol. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. New to this forum so please be kind with my mistakes.

Do you have the complete Spring or just the battery pack?

I have a car but thinking of buying a battery pack. Also have qualified people willing to help. Thanks.

Do you have a pinout of the battery data connector? Without a schematic, finding proper pins won't be easy.
But I don't understand if this battery is standalone or in the car.

Sorry for the delay....I have schematics with proper pin out. i own both a car and a standalone battery.
Unfortunately I won't have my solar system installed until the end of summer....

For the beginning, find out how many CAN busses go to the battery (hopefully 1). Find out the baud rate (with oscilloscope). Record some CAN traces (savvycan). Eg recording a complete short charging session and a short drive.
