Display alternating

Since I downloaded Ver 2.05, my interface alternates between the spot values and the plotting, if I have the auto refresh box checked. Is there some way to stop this? Thanks

Turn off auto refresh, then refresh manually?

screen capture would help. Is it the new "green" interface or the old "white" one?
