Hyundai Ionic AE Charge Port Actuator wiring help needed [SOLVED]

Hi, I have a CC2 charge port and associated bits from a Hyundia Ioniq AE, part number 91684-G7010.

It has a charge port lock actuator for locking the charging connector in place during DC charging, but I can't figure out how to make it work.

It looks like this:

Reverse, showing the white actuator pin and the white manual release winder:

Looking into the plug socket there are four pins. In the harness I have, top left is orange, top right is yellow, bottom left is blue, bottom right is red:

I have measured resistance across orange and blue of 30 - 40 Ohms as the position of the winder changes but it's very variable and I don't think is intended to be feedback resistance (I've seen the 1K - 11K resistance feedback shown in the LIM forum posts, and it's not that). I don't see any other resistances. I can't find any Ioniq AE wiring schematics either. The actuator part number I think is 91999G7110.

I can't get it to move the pin in any direction, I've tried 12V across orange and blue, where there was a resistance, but nothing ...

EDIT: I must have had a bad connection, I can move the pin in and out using 12V across orange and blue, changing polarity

Question rephrased: any idea what the feedback mechanism should be with this actuator?

I assume a switch and maybe one or two resistors. Just add an ohm-meter to the two non-motor pins and use your 12V to turn the motor to both ends.

Yep, you are correct. Once the lock is fully extended we see 1K appear across the feedback wires (red and yellow).

I've written up the part in the wiki here https://openinverter.org/wiki/Hyundai_I ... 1684-G7010.

Triple thumbs up. This is what I call comprehensive documentation. Thank you.
