Unfortunately Thomas no longer wants to drive the electric Audi A2. It has caused him too many problems that he can't solve himself.

Currently it doesn't seem to drive, could be a loose cable, the mechanic thinks it's a gear box failure. Cheap to replace as it's Prius.

Alright, the data
- Audi A2 with Toyota Prius drive train, 50 kW
- 24 kWh Leaf pack at 60% SoH
- Charging on 1-phase AC@3 kW via integrated boost converter
- Fully TÜV approved
- E-license plate and tax exemption
- Driven 11.000 km as electric
- 2 seater as the back seats are occupied by the battery.
- Located in Dillingen, Germany

Issues
- Doesn't switch into drive, probably loose wire
- Leaky brake booster, probably has a result broken vacuum pump
- Door lock doesn't detect door is open -> fuel filler door can't be opened and car may lock itself unexpectedly

The issues are pretty minor if you know how to fix them.
He's looking to get about 6000€ back

And back to square 1. It doesn't go into drive. Probably the next cable has now come loose, I suspect the one from the drive selector buttons.

So again, make a bid :|

I would just like to say vehicle (any car) is vibration intensive enviroment. I would suggest you take the errors and figure out common root cause. Untill then the car will be in love with mechanic as we say... Every time mechanic is nearby the car will run.

I think you already found several problems. Now you need to find a common permanent fix. Coul be you just need to support cable loom in the correct place so it wouldnt breake soldered (ouch!) contacts... in any case avoid soldering wires in a car!!!
