Permanent Magnet Motors

Post by Jack Bauer »

Stupid question time. Am I right to think a PM motor behaves kinda the same as a DC series motor with regard voltage? ie higher voltage gives higher rpms? and when the back emf matches the applied voltage no further torque is generated?
I'm going to need a hacksaw
