Leaf Gen2 Zombie RPM unstable

Hello. Tried to run Zombieverter with Leaf gen2 stack.
Got it turning, 190V, but RPM is unstable. Looks like one of three phases not good?

190V is near the cutoff voltage so will give weird behaviour.
Also running the Leaf motor unloaded will result in strange rpm behaviour due to it being tuned for use in a vehicle.

Thanks! Will add more Voltage.
Zombie videos in Youtube show smooth unloaded rotation, thats why i started to question it..
