Lexus GS450h Inverter question

Hey, guys while driving my 2008 gs450h my inverter fried, smoke was coming from it. I bought a donor car replaced inverter from 2006 gs450h which i think is older model. Car runs fine I think, but while I was test driving it, I had techstream running monitoring temps and I saw Inverter MG2 or MG1 reached 97c. So my question would be what are normal or "safe" operating temperatures or "spikes" for inverter. Because im kinda worried it will fry again.

When the inverter coolant pump failed on my 2007 GS450h, the inverter temperatures reached 120C on Techstream and the car was still drivable.
