Just thought I should make this public.
I will travel to Sweden next week (18th of Jan) where I will spend 3 weeks.
In the first week I will be busy, then I'm more free-roaming. Second week (about 26th to Feb 2nd) I will spend in Börtnan and the final week in Östersund. So if a few people come together we could arrange a Jämtland meetup
