LDU direct to VCU ?

Is there anything against supplying the LDU with 12V permanently and connecting the negative line directly to VCU inverter ls power switch pin 32, without a relais ??

yes, its not designed for that. dont do that

Do you think that more than 2 amps flow through it during operation? It is not designed for that, but on the table it works like this

I guess the answer is it was never intended to be used at that amperage but if it works for you, you can do it at your own risk.
The LDU inverter probably consumes 1-1.5A when spinning a motor. Have you tested that? Does the low side driver on Zombie become warm?

outside the engine it gets 35 C° warm at room temperature using a thermal imaging camera, I haven't tested it in driving mode yet, but I will test it and report back, it would make things less complicated and fewer components would have to be installed

The LDU board is groundet to the case. Do you ground the LDU at your bench test?

you are right, the board is grounded, so it doesn't work like that and a relay must be used
