I'm shopping for the bits I need for my Precharge circuit.
I'll be using a Tesla Sport LDU, and putting together a battery pack of Tesla S cells of around 400(ish) volts.

Gigavac also makes the GX series https://www.gigavac.com/catalog/power-p ... /gx-series, they cost more and look cooler, but are they any better really? They look pretty sweet.

All I think I know I should be looking for is one capable of much more than my battery voltage, that can handle around 500 amps continuous, and has a built in economizer. Anything else?

It seems GV200 is very good for making and braking 400Vdc.
It is a copy of EV200 which is itself a great contactor. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=335#p3775

For precharge relay i use one of theese small relays which are used in EVs also for this task. AEV52012 20A relay with silver contacts and magnet under them to soak up plasma that would form if it had to break contact under power. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=335#p3774
