i3 i8 control board chip info

Long story short, I tried replacing my EME with a used part. I had someone reset it and clear the ISN but there is an immobilizer chip that prevents the car from shifting out of park. The code is 222C02 which states there is an adjustment failure between the DME and EME. My original control board was physically damaged so my options are either trying another EME or swapping the EWS chip to my good control board. I already removed the Altera chip with chip quik, and was told this was the chip that holds the EWS data. Is anyone able to read this chip to verify?
