Motor Judders in drive

Hi all i have a leaf gen2 stack with leaf throttle running on the zombieinverter, i calibrated the throttle and everything powers up ok.
When i run the system in reverse everything is nice and smooth but lacking a little torque but when i switch it to drive the motor judders without straight away without touching the throttle, when you press the throttle it spins up but then starts fluctuating. when you let the throttle off it starts juddering again.
Any help would be great
I would put up parameters file but i don't know how to

Sounds like you have it running on the bench? It will act like that when it's unloaded.

I would set regen to 0 for now. Then add it in slowly when it's driving to suit your tastes along with regen ramp which looks too high for now as well.
Also change throtramp to 5.

The latest firmware release v2.22a has a weak reverse which I assume will be fixed on the next one.
Beware of throtramprpm and leave it set to 20,000 as any rpm over a lower setting allows full power uncontrolled acceleration as I found when setting it to 1000.
Seriously scary!
