I found this document that contains lots of interesting stats and pictures from various hybrid & EV components:

This picture got me thinking (from a BMW i3):

Does anyone know of any other EV that has a single unit for the inverter/DC:DC/AC charger? The i3 unit looks too big & heavy for my application (and presumably it's 100% closed source...), but the idea of a single box to do everything is very appealing. For example, that Prius 4 unit is tiny and would more or less fit in my bike...

VW inverter is even smaller and it has 2kW DCDC inside.
For charger you will have to get another unit though.
