[DRIVING] Peugeot Partner Electric - electric2electric conversion

Base is Peugeot Partner Electric, from the year 2005. Someone could tell - "So what, it's just electric car". Yeah, but it was bought for equivalent of 400 euro totally without drive unit (motor, reduction box, motor driver, battery) with mileage 23.000 km. It made no sense to look for originally stuff, so I used elements from Outlander, which I bought earlier to make classic ICE to electric conversion. It took me less then 3 months to make it fully functionally car. I used @Aot93 project of VCU and BMS (based on SimpBMS), described in this thread viewtopic.php?t=2167 with needed modification, for example change motor rotation direction (thanks @arber333) or BMS code matching to Teensy 4.0 (thanks @mane2). I will share used code when improve some issues.
Battery is Outlander 13,8 kWh pack placed roughly on cargo area floor in originally box. Range not tested yet, but estimated 50-60 km. Power consumption according to charger stats is about 20kWh/100km. Max speed not tested as after reaching 120 km/h I was afraid go faster - it isn't racing car with its height and light front. Now, it should be called Part-Lander, because there is more from Outlander than from Partner
Enjoy some photos showing conversion stages.
