hi
On the mini mainbord on JP1 pin 17 there is temperature input . What kind of sensor we must use ?

That is the heatsink temperature sensor for the power stage of the inverter.
on the wiki it lists this:
Heatsink temperature sensor. 0=JCurve, 1=Semikron, 2=MBB600, 3=KTY81, 4=PT1000, 5=NTCK45+2k2, 6=Leaf

Ok I agree . KTY81 has 2 pins , PT1000 has 3 pins , type J thermocouple has 2 pins with certain polarity . The board has only 1 pin for heatsink temperature . Where I will connect the other cables ? Is there a chance to be a DS18B20 sensor which has 3.3 volts supply voltage and 1 pin output ?

Other connection goes to ground.
DS18B20 is a I2C sensor. Which is not supported as far as I know.
PT1000 can be used with 2 wires in this application. +/_ a degree or two does not really matter.

Sorry but something is wrong with the ground connection . I think its not this way to connect .I used KTY81 option and the heat sink temperature spot value was -150 . Its very frustrating that there is no schematic for miniboard .

Just connect it to JP2 pin 1 GND.

thats where I connected it . The temperature goes to -150 . Somebody has to make an accurate schematic for the new board
