New control board for ID3 inverter

I am making a control board for an ID3 inverter based on Brain Board Rev 3. I have copied the schematic to a new PCB board where the resolver adaptation and current measurement are carried out and the IGBT communication takes place. I have mounted a STM32F103RBT6 the same as on Brain Board Rev 3 and downloaded Firmware 5.40 and expected to be able to run the program, but nothing works.
Does anyone have any tips or can guide me, who is new to software. I am grateful for your help.

More details needed.
Is the bootloader flashed?
Does the original software run (activity LED blinking? CAN communication?)
Clock on the crystal observable?
Current consumption and voltage on the controller?

I'm completely new to programming, I've only downloaded Firmware 5.40, I don't know if it contains the bootloader. That's probably the problem.
Activity LED doesn't flash and CAN hasn't been tested.
Clock on the crystal, uses external clock from frequency generator.
Power consumption is basically zero, voltage on the controller 3.3V on all four corners.

You need to flash the bootloader. This process should be on this forum a few times.
