Hi,

I've got my old Zoe 41kWh pack for sale, car was built October 2018, it's covered a fair few miles (150k), and the BMS was saying 80% SOH when removed. Cells were always well balanced when checked. The reason I removed it was to upgrade to a bigger one (52kWh) that i had the chance to buy, and I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't be usable in a car, or for home storage. It's been owned by me from new, and has never been in an accident or had any repair / issue.

I was considering keeping it and using as a range extender, but that's never going to happen, so time to let go!

The BMS seems quite easy to use with Dala's Battery Emulator giving most of the clues. I've successfully emulated this battery to allow the new battery to function like it is this one in the car so can help new owner if they struggle. It's very similar to the Kangoo BMS which i've seen is already included in the OpenInverter project.

extra information about the zoe pack: It has a removable isolator plug that splits the pack, and has 2 x 275amp fuses in it. It also contains a pre-charge resistor and contator, and one HV contactor (that's how the zoe is configured). It requires a switched and permenant 12v feed, I can provide wiring diagrams for the Zoe. The contactors are controlled by switched grounds (one for precharge and one for main contactor). It also has a 500k CAN connection, and has an integrated current/voltage sensor. All of the values have been decoded, or can be requested using UDS.

I can also provide the HV plug (i got one with the new battery, it has about a foot of wire on) and I can sort you a comms plug too and pinout data.

I have, however, removed the two high voltage fuses (due to my new battery having blown fuses when I got it, which the seller didn't inform me about!), but I can replace those before delivering it.

The battery is located near Hull, East Yorkshire, HU15, UK. I can deliver it on my trailer on a pallet depending on distance, or you are welcome to collect i can borrow a forklift to lift it onto a trailer - It's already on a pallet.

If anyone is interested, I can provide more information/answer questions.

I was thinking £650

Thanks,
Sophie.
