Hi I have this from 2017 leaf just came to wire it up and I can't find my notes, trying to determine where the red and the brown cable goto I think I know the rest.

Any help would be much appreciated

You have in hand the engine room harness side connector, correct?
I was also scratching my head on this

Here's the Engine room harness connector E8 pinout from 2019 Leaf manual. Don't look at the wire population as they won't match to 2017, just lets use the terminal numbering as the 2017 has the same connector body as the 2019. So if we can agree that the Brown you refer to is populated on pin 14 (Gray side of the connector) and Red is populated to pin 46 (purple side of the connector)
Pin 14 should be PDM IG ON
Pin 46 should be INV IG ON

I'll have to check my scribbled notes later, as I recall I have this on a more detailed level.
